Orientation Details
• Orientation Weeks Available: 06/19, 07/10
• Monday: Modules assigned in CHOC U. All Modules due by Thursday evening.
• Wednesday: In-Person Skills Day at Orange Campus, 07:30 to 16:00
• Thursday: In-Person CUBS Class at Orange Campus, 07:30 to 11:30
• Friday: Preceptor Shift/Unit Training Shift – Scheduled as early as Friday of Orientation week. Flexible based on clinician availability.

Shift Details
• Days, 8 and 12 hour shifts available depending on needs - 06:30 to 19:00, 06:00 to 14:30, 14:00 to 22:30
• Nights, 8 and 12 hour shifts available depending on needs - 18:30 to 07:00, 22:00 to 06:30
• CHOC Shift Expectations – Minimum of 4 Shifts per Month (Worked/Hospital Cancels)
• Pre-Booking Available!

• Minimum 1+ years of OR experience
• Education: HS Diploma or Associate/Bachelor's Degree (Highly Preferred) and Surgical Technology Program or Military Service Training
• BLS (AHA), CST (Highly Preferred)
• 2 Professional Clinical References, 1 at time of submission - Must be from Supervisor/Manager.
• Must have an address within 50 miles of CHOC Main Campus - Orange: 1201 W. La Veta Avenue, Orange, CA 92868. Facility has 1.5 hour cancelation policy (Not standard 2 hour cancellation).
