We are looking for Registered Nurses for Harm Reduction Care Centers. This is a TEMP to HIRE Position. Due to the nature of the patients/clients and community we will be serving we are sharing qualities that will align with the setting. Open to working in a non-traditional clinical setting, including comfort providing care outside of traditional clinical area. RN will be providing non-judgmental and compassionate care for patients who are experiencing homelessness and have complex and often severe medical and psychiatric conditions. RN will need to be compassionate, cool-tempered, and can work independently and with minimal supervision. The goal is to promote aftercare support for the Homeless.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse:

• Perform routine procedures (Vitals, Administer Medications, Fill out MAR, Charting, and Wound Care)
• Monitoring patients for signs of overdose and administering naloxone or other interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient progress and any changes in condition.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Working with other members of the health care team (reporting all information and any changes to next of staff)
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and knowledge of emergency care

Registered Nurse Must Have:

• RN diploma from an accredited nursing program with Valid nursing license ( no hits)
• Must have 10 months -1yrs paid experience (Pay will depend on experince)
• Facility is open 24/7 must be flexible on working 8hr days and stay up to 12hrs
• Must have BLS (AHA)
• All health records up to date (MMR/ VZV Titers, Physical, TB, )
• Be able to pass drug screen and background

Registered Nurse details:

• (Day will need to work 7am-4pm and 3pm-12am)
• (Night will need to work 3pm-11pm or 11pm-8am)
• Starting at $51 (0–1 yr) and rising to $60 (10+ yrs).
