Job description for Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our medical/surgical & Telemetry team. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment. Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records (EMR)
- Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics- Ratio / Census: 1:5; 32 beds
Required for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Minimum of 1 year of paid experience in a MS/Tele setting
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA- (Not Hits)
- BLS (AHA), ACSL (AHA), COVID Vaccine W/booster
- All health docs up to date
- Be able to pass Background and Drug screen
- Unit Systems: Epic (Required)
- MUST have documented med/tele exp on Resume
- Trauma patients, Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered.
- Specialty equipment: gait belts, geriatric chairs, PT Equipment. Skilled Nursing/ Rehab /Prior NICHE training a plus
- Day 3x12-Hour (7:00a - 07:30p), Every other weekend
- Pay: $1,800.00 -$1,872.00 per week
