Looking for LVN's for float pool for our Los Angeles Area Recuperative Cares and Clinics. Most of the facility are open 24hrs 7 days a week. schedule could be Day, Mid, and Nights. The more days you can give more we can book you!
Responsibilities for LVN:
- Will take a new nurse that has 4 months experience pay $34 nurses with 2 years pay $36 anything more will be $38 and up
- Clinical, Urgent Care, or Skilled nursing experience will be accepted
- Observe patients every 4hours, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
- Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures and blood pressure, and dressing wounds.
- Consistently use and reinforce proper body mechanics and appropriate personal protection equipment.
- Recognize the need for emergency care; initiate appropriate procedures within the scope of practice and alerts the Nurse Manager and physician in a timely and manner
- Assembles appropriate equipment and keep patient exam rooms and work areas clean and stocked.
Details for Licensed Vocational Nurse:
- 8hr, 10hr, and 12hr shifts
- OT after 8hours
- Clinics 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday)
- 24hr facilities schedules for 12's start times, 7am, 9am, 7pm, 10pm
- 24hrs facilities schedules for 8's start times are 6am,2pm, 11pm
- Higher need for Nurses on Weekends and Holidays!
Requirements for LVN
- CA LVN License Required not hits
- Diploma from Accredited school
- BLS/CPR (AHA)
- Covid Vaccine Required
- All vaccinations up to date ( Physical, TB, Titers)
- Able to pass drug screen and background
