Sterile Processing Technician will do decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, Autoclave, and distribution.
Sterile Tech Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years paid experience in Sterile Processing in an acute care setting.
· Knowledge of surgical instrumentation.
· Current BLS/CPR card from the American Heart Association
Central sterile Technician coordinates the overall cleaning and decontamination, assembly and dispensing of surgical instruments, equipment and supplies needed for daily surgical procedures in surgery and related departments.
