Job Description

 

Looking for experienced Registered Nurse responsible for excellence in the clinical practice of nursing and management of patient Care.

Shift: 12hr nights/WEEKENDS
Available for 8-26 week contracts
3*12' s = 36 hrs weekly
(18:45 - 07:15)

Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience in MS, ICU, Stepdown or ER nursing with regard to regulatory guidelines and standard of practice. RN’s new to the specialty will have a minimum of one-year clinical nursing experience.

Current Nursing license

Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)





List of job requirements.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Floating between several medical, surgical, and telemetry units. Assisting in caring for patients held in our ED who are inpatient.

Float Requirement: Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO(Centralized Resource Nursing Pool)

Float Pool currently covers three separate campuses.

Staff are notified 2hrs before the start of the shift. Candidates will float all medical/Surgical floors

 

UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
